You spend years learning how to treat patients, but when that’s all done, no one tells you what to do next! Especially when you are just starting out, you are fresh out of school with a million-and-one questions and no one to ask.
Even when you have been in the industry for years, moving into a new role in the field can be overwhelming. Just about every single one of us goes through this same struggle, which is why we designed a solution.
Medsembly is comprised of a dedicated team all working towards one goal: Helping future healthcare professionals navigate their new career paths with a bit more ease, and a LOT less stress!
We are a community of people who went into a profession to help others and little did we know we would be helping each other along the way!
Rodeline hails from Haiti by way of Fort Lauderdale, FL and has been a Physician Assistant (PA) for over 5 years. Rodeline attended undergrad at the University of Florida (UF) where she majored in Sociology while working as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Upon graduating cum laude from UF, she completed PA school at Nova Southeastern University and graduated honors in 2016 with a Master’s of Medical Science. In addition to her commitment to caring for the sick and injured, she has a deep passion for mentorship and preparing students for a career in healthcare. Through her many conversations, forums, and talks with students interested in pursuing a career in medicine, she recognized a common trend among students who struggle with pitfalls and hurdles that mirrored her own experiences when applying for and attending PA school. Her urge to bridge the gap between students and medical professionals motivated her to develop Medsembly, an interactive all-in-one app based resource where students can share resources, receive tips and tricks for maximizing their educational experiences, while meeting working professionals and obtaining practical workplace advice while fostering relationships aimed at helping them to achieve their respective career goals. Rodeline lives in Atlanta, GA where she works in urgent care when she is not taking traveling assignments as an ER PA. In her free time, she enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with family, friends, and her Yorkiepoo, Zara.

My name is Aanchal and I am from High Point, NC and an incoming PA-S. I am originally from Pakistan and moved to NY at the age of nine. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro on 12/2020 with a degree in psychology. I learned about the PA profession when I started working with PAs as a medical scribe. I currently work as a medical assistant at an urgent care and medical scribe at an ENT clinic. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and listening to music. The PA community was extremely welcoming and helpful and I want to pay it forward. I am excited to help other students going down a similar path!
