Benjamin Hernandez
RN Ambassador
After working as a middle school teacher during the COVID pandemic, Ben decided that he wanted to help his students in a more clinical capacity. He left teaching in 2021 to pursue Nursing at Florida Southwestern State College. Ben desires to advance his practice and wishes to serve the pediatric community. He strongly believes that children are the future and wishes to provide care to our most vulnerable population. Ben holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Spanish Literature and a minor in Latin American Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University. He also holds an International Master of Arts degree in Spanish Literature, Culture, and History from La Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain. He lives in Fort Myers, Florida with his lovely wife.
