Medsembly is always free to get started and connect with mentors and peers. We offer a wide selection of free resources for transitioning into the healthcare field.
Though we provide mentors, advice, and guidance to students, we are not an educational institution, accrediting body, or affiliated with any state organizations. We encourage students to stay informed with their schools, accreditation committees, and state legislation for the most up to date information.
You will download the app, create an account, and answer a few questions to facilitate a connection with the right mentor(s) for you. You will have a personalized page of recommended mentors and message them to start connecting.
You will have the ability to either purchase our amazing subscription plans or individual services. Paid services include resume review, application review, essay/personal statement revisions, mock interview, and while continuing to receive access to free resources for networking and building relationships with future colleagues.

To ensure you receive your task on time, communicate regularly with your mentor. If they are not responsive or past the deadline, you can start a dispute by clicking “Help” found under the “More” tab. We review all disputes and will work to have the mentor get the assignment to you or match you with another mentor to help, free of charge.
You can cancel a task anytime before a mentor/coach accepts the task. Once a mentor commits to completing a task, it can no longer be canceled, but you may dispute a task at any time under the task page or by contacting us under the help menu.
